Alexandre DUPONT is a Partner focused on international law, Business law, corporate law, Labor Law and Real Estate. He is a graduate of the School of Law, University of Lille (II), where he obtained a Masters in private law (1998) and a Masters in International and European law (1999) Prior to joining Law Solutions, Alexandre has advised and assisted European clients in Thailand for more than 4 years, and lately as associate of Vovan & Associes. He has also served the Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce as Honorary Secretary for 3 years (2003-2006) and currently as Vice-president since 2007, and has been lecturer as well as author of and contributor to several academic, commercial articles, and presentations at Business forums.

Danai TRIAMCHANCHUCHAI is a Partner focused on Business law, corporate law, Property Law, Commercial and Civil Law, Labor and Immigration Law. He is a graduate of Chulalongkorn University, where he obtained a Bachelor Degree in law (1998) and a Master Degree in Business & Administration (2006). Prior to joining Law Solutions, Danai has advised Thai and foreign clients for the past 8 years as associate of Blumenthal Richter & Sumet as well as Lorenz & Partners. He is much experienced in Corporate Establishment, Real Estate transactions and Business promotion. He is a member of the Law Society of Thailand since 2000.

Suwasa ROMSOOK is the founder of GAAP Solutions, expert in Taxation law, accounting and bookkeeping, Financial Audit and Tax planning. She is a graduate of Kasetsart University, where she obtained a Bachelor Degree of Accountancy (1998). She also obtained a Masters Degree in Business & Administration in 2005 from Thammasat University. Prior to setting up GAAP Solutions, Suwasa has assisted and advised Thai and foreign clients for the past 7 years as Assistant to Auditor of Dr. Virach & Associates as well as Chief accountant of Lorenz & Partners. Suwasa is now leading her own team of accountants and auditors, implementing her management skills further to her tax expertise. She is a Certified Public Accountant since 2001.
